Abstract: THIS PROJECT INVOLVES THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ADP-COMPATIBLE INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR USE AS A CONTINUING RESOURCE FOR EVALUATING CLIENT AND PROGRAM OUTCOME DATA. IT WILL PROVIDE AN IMPROVED CLINICAL ASSESSMENT FORMAT, WHICH WILL BE USEFUL FOR TREATMENT PLANNING AND FOR PROGRAM EVALUATION MEASURES.
