Abstract: HUD 3111 CONTAINS CURRENT MONTHLY DATA USED TO COMPUTE INTEREST REDUCTION PAYMENTS. IT IS ALSO THE MONTHLY BILLING FORM. HUD 3197 CERTIFIES THAT THE PROJECT HAS CERTAIN NUMBER OF UNITS AND ROOMS AND THAT THE PROJECT IS READY FOR OCCUPANCY WHICH IS NECESSARY PRIOR TO PAYMENT.
