Abstract: THIS LETTER IS USED BY VA TO SECURE INFORMATION FROM HOLDERS ABOUT LOAN TO BE FORECLOSED. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO AMOUNT, IF ANY TO BE BID AT THE FORECLOSURE SALE AS REQUIRED BY VA REGULATIONS 4283 AND 4320. THE USE OF THIS FORM LETTER ELIMINATES THE INDIVIDUALLY PREPARED LETTERS AND RESULTS IN CONSIDERATION MANPOWER SAVINGS.
