Abstract: THIS SURVEY COLLECTS DATA ON ASSESSED VALUES OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. THE ADVISORY COMMISSION ON INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS (ACIR) EMPLOYS THE DATA IN CALCULATING ITS MEASURES OF FISCAL CAPACITY OF STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.
