Abstract: THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES EVALUATION FOCUSES ON CDBG-FUNDED ACTIVITIES IN RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS, AND IS ATTEMPTING TO MEASURE HOW THEIR IMPACTS VARY UNDER DIFFERENT NEIGHBORHOOD CONDITIONS. THE STUDY WILL ALSO MEASURE WHO BENEFITS FROM REHABILITATION ASSISTANCE AND CD FACILITIES AND SERVICES.
