Abstract: SECTIONS 402(G) AND 412(A)5 OF THE FEDERAL COAL MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT PROVIDE FOR CONTINUING PAYMENT OF BLACK LUNG BENEFITS TO A CHILD UPON ATTAINMENT OF 18 YEARS OLD IF CERTAIN CONDITIONS EXIST.
