Abstract: DEFENSE ACQUISITION REGULATIONS REQUIRE DOD COMPONENTS AND DEFENSE CONTRACTORS TO REQUISITION INDUSTRIAL PLANT EQUIPMENT (IPE) FROM DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL PLANT EQUIPMENT CENTER TO PREVENT UNNECESSARY PROCUREMENT OF IPE AVAILABLE IN IDLE INVENTORY. ALSO, FORM IS SUBMITTED TO ADPE REUTILIZATION OFFICE (DARO) FOR SCREENING PRIOR TO ACQUISITION OF AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING EQUIPMENT.
