Abstract: THIS FORM DEALS WITH FINANCIAL AND MEMBERSHIP DATA OF LOCALLY-ADMINISTERED PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEMS. A RECENT EXPANSION TO THE F-11 RESULTED FROM REQUESTS BY DATA USERS, INCLUDING STAFF OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (HEW).
