Abstract: THIS FORM DEALS WITH FINANCIAL AND MEMBERSHIP DATA ON STATE-ADMINISTERED PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMNT SYSTEMS. A RECENT EXPANSION TO THE F-12 RESULTED FROM REQUESTS BY DATA USERS, INCLUDING STAFF OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (HEW).
