Abstract: DATA WILL BE USED TO: A) IDENTIFY WORK PRACTICES USED TO REDUCE WORKER EXPOSURES TO SUSPECTED HUMAN CARCINOGENS, B) DEVELOP AND INITIATE A TRAINING AND MOTIVATION PROGRAM TO ENCOURAGE WORKERS TO EMPLOY THE IDENTIFIED WORK PRACTICES, C) MAKE ANY CHANGES IN PHYSIOLOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL STATUS RESULTING FROM THE TRAINING AND MOTIVATION PROGRAM.
