Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THIS FORM AND ITS COMPANION FORMS IS SECTION 2(C) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY (P.L. 479, 48 STAT. 1246, 12 U.S.C. 1701 ET SEQ.). THIS FORM IS USED BY HUD TO OBTAIN PAYMENTS TO THE GOVERNMENT ON REIMBURSEMENT CLAIMS INCIDENT TO LOSS ON AN ELIGIBLE TITLE I LOAN.
