Abstract: PURPOSE OF DATA IS TO OBTAIN OVERALL KNWOLEDGE OF THE ANIMAL OFFER TO THE GOVERNMENT PRIOR TO AN ACTUAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AND EVALUATION. FACTORS SUCH AS HEALTH, COLOR, TEMPERMENT, AGE, SEX AND ANCESTRY MUST BE CAREFULLY CONSIDERED PRIOR TO ACCEPTING AN ANIMAL FOR TRAINING AS A MILITARY WORKING DOG FOR THE DOD. IF CERTAIN BASIC STANDARDS ARE NOT MET THE OFFER, GIFT OR SALE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
