Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THIS REPORT IS TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (P.L. 93-383, 83 STAT 633). SUBMITTED BY PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY FOR APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. NEEDED BY HUD TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF BOND FINANCING REQUIRED TO FUND THE PROJECT AND TO AUTHORIZE AN ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT.
