Explanation of Non-Substantive Changes to OMB Control Number: 3060-0975:

The Commission received OMB approval for an extension (no change in the reporting and/or third party disclosure requirements) on 8/1/13. However, after receiving the NOA, the bureau noticed that the change in burden referenced in the supporting statement was not made. Also, an error in the number of responses was found.

Therefore, we are correcting the burden estimates to reflect a 451 hour adjustment in the total annual burden. We are also reporting an adjustment increase of 98,304 responses. Both of these estimates are in the supporting statement that was submitted to OMB for their approval.
